HOW TO PREPARE PEPPER SOUP

PEPPER SOUP

Recipe: Two whole fresh fish (shawa or mackerel) 50kg skinned shrimps, 50grams smoked fish, mixed pepper (tatase and fresh pepper), 1/4kg tomato (fresh), 75g Onions, 2 litres cold water, salt to taste, garlic, maggi


Preparation:

1.  Wash all the ingredients and grind your pepper, tomatoes, onions, tatase together and set aside.
2.   Clean the fish and break into small pieces and add to the liquid in the saucepan.
3.   Add the grinded ingredients (tomatoes and pepper) and allow to boil.
4.   Boil your fish or meat.
5.   Put some palm oil into the pot and allow it to heat for about 2-3 minutes
6.   Add the shrimps and leave to simmer for thirty minutes.
7.   Add your boiled meat and fish.
8.   Add seasoning(Maggi and salt) for a better taste.
9.   Leave it to boil for 20 minutes or more (depending)
10.  Serve hot in a soup bowl.
