PREPARATION OF RICE





FRIED RICE

INGREDIENT:

Rice, green beans, carrot, thyme, green pepper, onions, Liver, Curry, Garlic Seasoning, Nutmeg, Vegetable Oil, beef, self and butter.

Preparations:-

1.    Parboil rice for about 10minutes and wash it well with clean water.
2.    Wash your meat and cook very well with the following seasoning:-(Maggi), thyme, self, fresh pepper and onions.
3.     Wash your carrots and green beans and slice them very tiny, preferably, in a cube like form or shape.
4.      Put a clean pot on the stove or any other device in use and allow it to get dry if wet, after which you pour some groundnut oil into the pot and allow it to get hot for about 8 Minutes. Add some suffient quantity tomato paste, onions seasoning (Maggi) sliced meat and liver, open your green pile and add, and allow it to fry for 8 Minutes.
5.      Add other ingredients including water as obtained from the boilexd meat and liver.
6.      Add the rice and dont add water again, allow the small water that you imitially added to get dry and more groundnut oil can be added to enable it make sure that the rice is properly fried.


JOLLOF RICE

INGREDIENT

Rice, tomatoes, onions, fish, pepper, tin tomatoes, butter, water, curry, ground oil, slat thyme and maggi

Preparation:-

Wash the rice with neat water very well parboil the rice grind the tomatoes, pepper, onions and boil the ingredients. Put a pot on the fire and allow it to get dry after which some groundnut oil can be poured into the pot. When it gets hot, pour some onions and allow it to get firmed. Pour the grinded.
Ingredients (Tomatoes, pepper, onion) together with some thyme, seasoning(Maggi) and curry. Now pour the parboiled rice in the boiling pot and add some water, salt to taste and allow to boil and stir from time to time to avoid it burning at the surface. when the water is dried up, taste if ready. Allow it to cook. Serve hot.


COCONUT RICE

INGREDIENTS

Coconut, rice, meat, fish, tomatoes, nutmeg, fresh pepper, salt, vegetable oil, and seasoning.

Preparation:-

1.    Grind the coconut to bring out the sap
2.     Remove particles and keep the water obtained from it
3.     Pour all the stated ingredients in the coconut water and cook very well and include salt and seasoning to tests.
4.Make sure no other water is used apart from the one from the coconut .
5.Extinguish the fire when ready and serve when hot.
