MONDAY:
BREAKFAST: Egg, Bread & beverages such as (Ovaltine, Milo or Bournvita).
LUNCH:Cassava meal, oil soup with fish & green vegetable.
DINNER:Ripe plantain, beans stew meat and orange.
TUESDAY:
BREAKFAST:Pap, beans cake, milk with sugar
LUNCH:Rice with stew, meat & banana
DINNER:Cassava meal, Okra soup with fish & green vegetables & orange.
WEDNESDAY:
BREAKFAST:Plantain, stew with vegetable & meat
LUNCH:Cassava meal, melon soup with fish, mango or pineapple.
DINNER:Porridge(beans & yam)and pawpaw.
THURSDAY:
BREAKFAST:Bread, egg, margarine & orange
LUNCH:Rice & vegetable stew with meat & pear
DINNER:Vegetable soup, cassava meal & pineapple
FRIDAY:
BREAKFAST:Porridge ( beans & yam) pawpaw
LUNCH:Cassava meal, oil soup with meat & orange
DINNER:Plantain, vegetable stew with fish.
SATURDAY:
BREAKFAST:Beans(Moin-moin), pap with milk
LUNCH:Pounded yam, melon soup with meat & orange
DINNER;Rice, fish, stew & vegetable.
SUNDAY:
BREAKFAST:Potato with vegetable stew & egg
LUNCH:Porrige,meat and mango.
DINNER:Cassava meal, oil soup & milk.
