CAKE
INGREDIENTS.
1. 1/2 Kg of Butter
2. 1Kg of flour
3. 2unboiled eggs
4. 1/2 kg of sugar
5. Flavour to taste
6. 1 table spoon of baking powder
7. 2 tablespoon of preservative
Preparations:
Pour the flour in a clean bowl and the following baking powder, butter, Milk, and salt.
After which you mix them together, properly.
Stir some eggs with a spoon or fork until it is foamy and mix the whole thing properly until it forms a soft sticky dough. Properly grease a breaking pan with some groundnut oil and properly bake the dough on it. Insert the tray in an oven and allow it to heat for 36Minutes. Reduce the temperature to enable baking to be completed. Dress properly by pouring some icing sugar on cake.
HOW TO DECORATE CAKE
INGREDIENTS:
220g icing sugar, 4 tablespoons warm water, flavour and colouring as needed.
Preparation:-
1. Put water inside bowl; add icing sugar by spoonful beat with wooden object or spoon. Add colouring and flavouring if wished.
2. Put basin of icing sugar on a source pan pf water and eat. Add a little more water of icing a coating mixture. It should coat the back of the wooden spoon easily, smoothly and glossy. Dont overheat and should not be watery or too this in order not to look dull and sugary.
3. When icing, pour mixture over cake at once to run slowly down the sides thereby coating the sides.
PAN CAKE
Flour one hundred and seventy(170)gram, Ground oil, milk, sugar, pinch of salt.
Preparation:
1. Pour flour in a bowl, mix it with salt, make hole on the middle of the flour and crush the fresh eggs into it. Add little cold milk and stir it, then the uncold milk and mix it to become thick and cream.
2. Pour thoroughly with wooden spoon cover it and allow it for 25minutes. In a cool area.
3. Heat pan on the fire and clean it with some oil. Put back the pen to the fire adds some quantity of oil, then carry the mixture with spoon into the fire oil on the fire. Put the mixture to cover the bottom of pan gently and shake the pan to and fro to level. Dry and shake the pan gently, loose to edges with any black objects.
4. When the side on the fire tire turn brown. Turn the other side into sugared paper and spread with sugar on top and serve hot.
QUEEN CAKE
INGREDIENTS:
3 1/2 Teaspoonful of baking powder, 52 grams of fruit, vanilla essence, 33 grams of candied, 2 tin of milk, 185 grand of Raising flour, fat, 5 eggs and 132 grams of sugar.
Preparation:
1. Mix margarine with sugar to become soft as cream, use wooden spoon, crush eggs into it gently by mixing each of the ingredients. Put flavour as the mixture started being thick and looking smooth gains.
2. Put one spoon of flour and some milk.
3. Add baking powder to then available fruits and the remaining ingredient together. To the mixture soft dropping put more milk and few drop of essence.
4. Put in a nice greased patty up to half, then bake in a moderate oven for 25 minute. During baking do not open frequently.
